EDIT: After just a couple hours of posting this, there has been already a major growth of the number of people who petitioned.

1) go to this website: http://www.shomei.tv/project-1000.html

2)scroll down untill you see a green-ish box with drawings of people holding papers

3) uncked the checked boxes and click on the ORANGE button

4) you should see a sign-up form. only fill in the box where you see this picture

. That means required field.

5) fill out the information in this order:
-NAME/NICKNAME
-E-MAIL ADDRESS
-AGE
-GENDER (ckeck the dot on the RIGHT side to show that you are female)
-for the SCROLL（should say選択してください）, choose the LAST OPTION(海外)
-COMMENT for UCHI (make sure it's appropriate)

6) scroll down the page and click on the button that says 確認画面に進む

7) type in the numbers shown in the box and click on the right link that says 送信する

8) once the window changed, go to your email account

9) when you have an emial from [email protected] click on the email
